NYT Connections is a clever tiny word game. Where you get 16 words and need to sort them into 4 groups of 4 related words.
You have to figure it out yourself! Creative thinking, spotting patterns and mindset to make connections to relative words.
Just keep things in perspective, if you make any 4 mistakes, The game is over for the day.

 

What the Connection hint Colors Mean

Each group you solve in Connections has a colour that tells you how easy and tricky it was supposed to be:

 

🟡 Yellow

Simple and direct — often the most obvious connections.

🟢 Green

May include lesser-known facts or slightly challenging terms.

🔵 Blue

Includes uncommon words, niche references, or trivia.

🟣 Purple

The most challenging set — usually the hardest to figure out.

Hints are organised from easy to hard, so you can tackle them at your own pace without hurry.
